Our community instils confidence in its members, empowering them to challenge the barriers that disable them \u2013 including health care that doesn\u2019t work for them.\u00a0<\/p>\n We help our members to remove the shame and taboo that often shrouds the health conditions they live with, helping them to feel confident to speak openly about their symptoms in their workplaces, education spaces and among family and friends.\u00a0<\/p>\n We also encourage our members to engage with political processes; responding to Welsh Government and NHS consultations, and liaising with their elected
