It was empowering, emotive and informative; seeing so many people coming together to discuss female health, share information and support each other was just brilliant. Thank you so much for inviting us to be part of it.<\/div>\n

Dee spoke on the main stage about her experiences with endometriosis and adenomyosis, alongside two incredible women; Molly Fenton, founder of The Love Your Period Campaign<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, and Bethan Walters, a UN advocate for menstrual health and a yoga practitioner who helps people learn about their cycles. Their talk was chaired by Olivia from Fluus<\/span><\/a><\/strong>, who have developed the first flushable period pad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Thank you also to everyone who came to chat to us at our stand, we met so many amazing people and were delighted to be able to offer advice to those who needed it. Diolch yn fawr iawn to our volunteers and trustees who supported us at the stand and throughout the event.<\/div>\n

Friends across Wales, we highly recommend travelling to next year’s event if you are able to. We also hope that Saturday’s event has demonstrated how much appetite there is for the opportunity to come together to discuss female health – hopefully there will be streaming opportunities in the future for those unable to attend in person.<\/div>\n
