They are both looking at the camera and smiling.\" width=\"300\" height=\"245\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-10984\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr Louise Newson and Dot Davies<\/p><\/div>\n<p>You may have seen Dot Davies\u2019 ITV Wales documentary on Menopause, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itv.com\/walesprogrammes\/articles\/wales-this-week-tackling-the-menopause-taboo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>This Week: Tackling The Menopause Taboo<\/strong><\/a>, which followed the results of an ITV Cymru Wales survey, which found that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itv.com\/news\/wales\/2021-10-13\/is-there-enough-support-for-women-going-through-the-menopause-in-wales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>more than a third of women said they have considered giving up their work because of their menopause symptoms<\/strong><\/a>.
