For many patients, this will involve pain management, pelvic physiotherapy, and waiting for what can be a long time to access surgery.<\/p>\n<p>Our volunteers were pleased to share their experiences as well as give the nurses the opportunity to practise taking a medical history from patients.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thursday 17th and Friday 18th March proved to be incredibly exciting for FTWW, with 18 of our volunteers participating in a 2-day training event for Wales&#8217;s new endometriosis nurses.
