Daw'r newidiadau sydd eu hangen gan Lywodraethau, cyflogwyr, mannau addysg, a'r GIG \u2013 mae gofyniad enfawr o hyd i fynd i'r afael \u00e2 rhestrau aros hir ac oedi hir cyn cael diagnosis, yn enwedig yng Nghymru lle mae gan gleifion endometriosis yr amser oedi hiraf cyn cael diagnosis, sef 9 mlynedd 11 mis ar gyfartaledd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae hefyd yn hanfodol bod canfyddiadau'r cyhoedd o faterion iechyd fel endometriosis ac adenomyosis yn newid, fel nad oes rhaid i'r rhai sy'n byw gyda\u2019r cyflyrau fyw gyda'r tybiaethau, yr wybodaeth anghywir, a'r cyngor digymell maen nhw'n ei gael ar hyn o bryd gan ffrindiau a chydweithwyr sy'n llawn bwriadau da \u2013 yn ogystal \u00e2 gweithwyr gofal iechyd proffesiynol. Mewn partneriaeth ag Endometriosis UK, <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2025\/08\/11\/women-young-17-told-get-pregnant-ease-chronic-pain-23551821\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cynhaliodd y Metro arolwg yn ddiweddar o 1,073 o fenywod ag endometriosis a chanfu fod meddygon wedi dweud wrth 79% ohonynt sydd \u00e2'r cyflwr gwanychol am geisio beichiogi er mwyn lleddfu eu symptomau<\/strong><\/a>, ffigur y mae'r elusen wedi'i labelu'n 'sgandal' gofal iechyd. Ar wah\u00e2n i'r ffaith y bydd llawer yn profi problemau ffrwythlondeb, nid oes tystiolaeth y gall beichiogrwydd helpu cleifion fel hyn.<\/p>\n<p>Yng Nghymru, ymrwymodd Llywodraeth Cymru i wreiddio'r model cymdeithasol o anabledd ar draws gwasanaethau cyhoeddus yn \u00f4l yn 2002, ond mae hyn wedi bod yn dameidiog ar y gorau; mae llawer o'r rhai sy'n cysylltu \u00e2 ni am gymorth yn gweithio mewn gwirionedd i'w hawdurdod lleol, bwrdd iechyd y GIG, neu mewn amgylcheddau sector cyhoeddus eraill lle dylai'r model cymdeithasol fod wedi bod ar waith ers dros ddau ddegawd.
