{"id":251550,"date":"2025-08-29T11:34:17","date_gmt":"2025-08-29T10:34:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ftww.org.uk\/?p=251550"},"modified":"2025-09-01T11:39:47","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T10:39:47","slug":"augusts-consultation-responses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ftww.org.uk\/cy\/2025\/08\/29\/augusts-consultation-responses\/","title":{"rendered":"Ymatebion i Ymgynghoriadau ym Mis Awst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cynhaliodd FTWW grwpiau ffocws ac arolygon ar gyfer ein haelodau er mwyn cydgynhyrchu ein hymatebion i<strong> Gynllun Gweithredu Hawliau Pobl Anabl gan Llywodraeth Cymru<\/strong>, a'i <strong>Strategaeth Tlodi Plant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fel Sefydliad Pobl Anabl, roedd yn hollbwysig bod lleisiau ein haelodau'n cael eu clywed fel rhan o'r ymgynghoriad ar y<strong> Cynllun Gweithredu Hawliau Pobl Anabl<\/strong> , yn enwedig oherwydd bod llawer o'n haelodau'n byw gyda phroblemau iechyd hirdymor a chronig sy'n eu hanablu\u2019n llwyr \u2013 ond efallai na fydd y rhai o'u cwmpas yn eu hystyried yn anabl, rhywbeth y mae angen i ni ei newid i sicrhau bod eu hawliau a'u gallu i gael gafael ar gymorth priodol yn cael eu parchu.<\/p>\n<p>Fe wnaethom hefyd ymateb i ymgynghoriad y<strong> Strategaeth Tlodi Plant<\/strong>, i gydnabod y ffaith bod menywod yn fwy tebygol o arwain teuluoedd un rhiant, o fod yn rhoddwyr gofal sylfaenol, yn anabl \/ yn byw gyda chyflyrau iechyd hirdymor, ac o gael cyflogau is, gan gynyddu eu risg o galedi ariannol.<\/p>\n<p>Roedd ymateb i <strong>Safon Ansawdd Osteoporosis NICE<\/strong> hefyd yn bwysig i ni; buom yn siarad am yr angen am fwy o gydnabyddiaeth i\u2019r risgiau o ddatblygu'r cyflwr ar draws nifer o arbenigeddau clinigol, er enghraifft gynaecoleg a rhiwmatoleg; mae menywod, yn enwedig y rhai ar \u00f4l y menopos neu driniaeth canser, mewn llawer mwy o berygl o osteoporosis na dynion, ac eto mae aelodau'n aml yn dweud wrthym na chawsant wybod am hyn. Mater arall rydym wedi bod yn ei drafod gyda GIG Cymru yw rhestrau aros hir am sganiau DEXA, sy'n mesur dwysedd esgyrn ac sy'n gallu canfod osteoporosis a risgiau torri asgwrn.<\/p>\n<p>Ar gyfer<strong> Adolygiad GIG Cymru o Therap\u00efau Seicolegol Digidol<\/strong> (fel Silvercloud) \u2013 fe wnaethom holi ein haelodau, a dywedodd y rhan fwyaf ei bod yn well ganddynt gael mynediad at therap\u00efau seicolegol wyneb yn wyneb neu ar y cyd \u00e2 modiwlau ar-lein. Mae hyn yn rhannol oherwydd pryderon am gyfrinachedd, diffyg mynediad digidol, neu oherwydd bod siarad \u00e2 pherson 'go iawn' sydd ag arbenigedd clinigol wrth gael trafferth gyda salwch meddwl yn gallu eu helpu i egluro a rheoli materion yn well. Roedd mynediad ar-lein neu dros y ff\u00f4n yn ddefnyddiol i'r rhai a oedd yn ei chael hi'n anodd cyrraedd gwasanaethau wyneb yn wyneb oherwydd eu amhariadau neu eu symptomau, neu ymrwymiadau personol eraill.
