Bydd hyn yn llunio rhan o gysylltiad ehangach gyda\u2019r cyhoedd, cleifion, gweithwyr proffesiynol gofal iechyd, a rhanddeiliaid eraill i sicrhau bod strategaeth 10 mlynedd y bwrdd iechyd yn
