FTWW\u2019s Dee was delighted to attend this year\u2019s annual meeting in London on 12th November.<\/p>\n<p>Cyflwynwyd y sesiwn groeso gan y Cyd-gadeirydd, Dr Nighat Arif, cyn i'r rhai a oedd yn bresennol gynnal sesiwn i adolygu\u2019r brand a rhoi adborth. Ar \u00f4l cinio a chyfle i rwydweithio, ymunodd Kendall Jamieson Gilmore o Adran Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol Llywodraeth y DU \u00e2'r Gydweithfa; mae'r adran hon yn rhan o'r t\u00eem sy'n gweithio ar Strategaeth Iechyd Menywod Llywodraeth y DU.<\/p>\n<p>Roedd Dee yn awyddus i wybod a yw timau Llywodraeth Cymru a Llywodraeth y DU yn cydweithio ar eu priod gynlluniau, yn enwedig mewn ffyrdd a fydd yn lleihau'r rhwystrau lu sy'n bodoli i gleifion yng Nghymru a allai fod angen cael gafael ar ofal o'r tu allan i'w bwrdd iechyd ac yn Lloegr. Byddwn yn parhau i godi'r mater hwn fel un o\u2019r prif ffactorau sy\u2019n achosi\u2019r anghydraddoldeb iechyd y mae cynifer o'r rhai rydym yn eu cefnogi yn ei wynebu, gan gynnwys fel rhan o'r gwaith a wnawn i weithredu <a href=\"https:\/\/perfformiadagwella.gig.cymru\/swyddogaethau\/rhwydweithiau-a-chynllunio\/iechyd-menywod\/cynllun-iechyd-menywod-cymru\/?fbclid=IwY2xjawLkfZNleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHhLqlrILc8N-50S27176e_snPYayH0YlZ1MrzWbt_MaZHoZgO3yBdT2g7KgS_aem_JUlOvALBvNasVgcyI_-7Nw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cynllun 10 mlynedd Iechyd Menywod GIG Cymru<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Yna trafodwyd yr hyn sydd ei angen gan gam nesaf Strategaeth Iechyd Menywod Llywodraeth y DU, cyn cael sesiwn ar ddod o hyd i atebion i broblemau cyffredin.<\/p>\n<p>FTWW oedd yr unig sefydliad o Gymru yn yr ystafell, felly byddwn yn cydweithio \u00e2'r Gydweithfa Iechyd i sicrhau bod mwy o sefydliadau llawr gwlad yng Nghymru yn cael gwahoddiad i ymuno. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellbeingofwomen.org.uk\/what-we-do\/campaigns\/the-health-collective\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Yn y cyfamser, gallwch gael rhagor o wybodaeth am y Gr\u0175p a sut i gymryd rhan<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019r adborth gan aelodau eraill y Gydweithfa Iechyd gwelwyd bod llawer yn ddiolchgar am ein mewnbwn a\u2019u bod wedi dysgu cymaint oddi wrtho; nid oedd llawer wedi sylweddoli bod cymaint o wahaniaethau i\u2019w cael rhwng systemau'r GIG mewn gwledydd datganoledig, a dywedodd Dr Nighat fod y sgyrsiau'n llawer cyfoethocach oherwydd ein presenoldeb a'n cyfraniadau ni.<\/p>\n<p>Diolch o galon i d\u00eem y Gydweithfa am wneud ein cyfraniad yn bosibl ac yn rhwydd.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Health Collective is an initiative led by Wellbeing of Women, made up of healthcare professionals and grassroots organisations working in the women&#8217;s health space, with the aim to improve healthcare for marginalised women and people assigned female at birth.
