Mae rhai modelau&#039;n sefyll ar eu pen eu hunain tra bod eraill mewn clwstwr, gan greu&#039;r argraff o dorf neu gymuned.\" width=\"300\" height=\"231\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" data-srcset=\"\" \/>Roedd yn bleser gan FTWW gyfrannu gwybodaeth at adroddiad newydd y Gr\u0175p Trawsbleidiol ar Hawliau Dynol: Cynnydd ar Hawliau Dynol yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n<p>Cyhoeddwyd yr adroddiad ar 12 Tachwedd, ac mae'n edrych ar y cynnydd y mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi'i wneud i gryfhau hawliau dynol - a beth arall y mae angen ei wneud.<\/p>\n<p>O ran yr hawl i iechyd, mae rhagfarnau hanesyddol, sy'n golygu nad yw menywod sy\u2019n rhoi gwybod am symptomau yn cael eu cymryd o ddifrif, yn dal i effeithio ar y gofal iechyd a gawn, tra bo mynediad i ofal iechyd mwy arbenigol yn dal i fod yn ddarostyngedig ar loteri cod post. Yn rhy aml, mae hyn yn golygu nad yw ein hawl i iechyd yn cael ei bodloni, ac nid oes gennych lawer o fodd i herio'r sefyllfa bresennol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y prif ganfyddiadau:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dyheadau yw hawliau o hyd, ac ni ellir eu gorfodi<\/strong> \u2013 ni all pobl yng Nghymru fynd ati\u2019n uniongyrchol i hawlio eu hawliau pan g\u00e2nt eu torri, ac mae\u2019r elfennau sy\u2019n eu hamddiffyn yn ddibynnol ar ewyllys da gwleidyddol a pholis\u00efau disgresiynol.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mae tlodi yn tanseilio hawliau i bawb<\/strong> \u2013 mae tlodi yn atal hawliau dynol, gan effeithio ar addysg, iechyd, tai a bywyd teuluol.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mae gwahaniaethu yn rhywbeth<\/strong> \u2013 mae ableddiaeth, anghydraddoldeb rhywedd a hiliaeth strwythurol yn effeithio ar fynediad at wasanaethau, cyfleoedd a chyfiawnder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ceir diffyg cysondeb a diffyg atebolrwydd mewn gwasanaethau cyhoeddus<\/strong> \u2013 o ofal iechyd a thai i addysg ac eirioli, mae\u2019r ddarpariaeth yn anghyson, nid oes ganddi adnoddau digonol, ac mae sefyllfa \u2018loteri cod post\u2019 yn bodoli.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diystyrir cyfranogiad a phrofiad bywyd<\/strong> \u2013 yn aml, ni chaiff lleisiau pobl anabl, menywod, plant a phobl hil-ddiffiniedig eu cynnwys wrth wneud penderfyniadau sy\u2019n effeithio arnynt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Argymhellion:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cyflwyno Bil Hawliau Dynol (Cymru)<\/li>\n<li>Cryfhau atebolrwydd a gweithredu<\/li>\n<li>Rhoi blaenoriaeth i weithredu trawsbynciol ar dai, tlodi ac anghydraddoldeb<\/li>\n<li>Ymwreiddio cyfranogiad grwpiau yr effeithir arnynt<\/li>\n<li>Cyflawni ymrwymiadau presennol heb ragor o oedi<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amnesty.org.uk\/resources\/progress-human-rights-wales-inquiry-report-2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Mae rhagor o wybodaeth ar gael yma<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FTWW was pleased to contribute insights to the Cross Party Group on Human Rights&#8217; new report: Progress on Human Rights in Wales.
