I nodi pen-blwydd cyntaf Cynllun Iechyd Menywod nodedig Cymru, cyfarfu'r Prif Weinidog Eluned Morgan a'r Gweinidog Iechyd Meddwl a Llesiant, Sarah Murphy, \u00e2 staff, ymchwilwyr a'r cymunedau sy'n cydweithio \u00e2 nhw yn SPARC Prifysgol Caerdydd.<\/p>\n<p>Gan gynrychioli FTWW fel Cyd-arweinwyr Cynnwys ac Ymgysylltu \u00e2'r Cyhoedd a Chleifion (y Trydydd Sector), roedd Sylfaenydd a Chyfarwyddwr ein Helusen, Debbie, yn un o'r siaradwyr, a bu\u2019n hyrwyddo cydgynhyrchu a pha mor bwysig yw llais y claf mewn ymchwil a gofal iechyd.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Debbie, sydd hefyd yn gadeirydd Clymblaid Iechyd Menywod Cymru:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"Mae ymchwil i faterion iechyd y mae menywod yn eu hwynebu yn ystod cwrs eu bywyd yn hanfodol.
