Cafodd y digwyddiad i lansio Platfform Cymuned Menopos De Cymru ei drefnu gan Louise Herzog (Sylfaenydd MENOPT) a'i noddi gan Natasha Asghar AS; mae hwn yn gynllun rhanbarthol newydd i ddarparu cymorth menopos mwy cydgysylltiedig a chynhwysol ar draws gofal iechyd, gweithleoedd a chymunedau.<\/p>\n<p>Ochr yn ochr \u00e2\u2019n Louise ni, Cydlynydd Cymuned a Gwirfoddolwyr FTWW, fe wnaeth yr Hyrwyddwyr Menopos Dawn, Lara, a Lisa waith rhagorol yn rhedeg stondin wybodaeth FTWW, gan rannu llawer o adnoddau a sgwrsio ag amrywiol westeion a mynychwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Fel ymgyrchwyr hirdymor ar y <a href=\"https:\/\/ftww.org.uk\/cy\/materion-iechyd\/menopos\/\"><strong>menopos<\/strong><\/a>, roeddem yn falch iawn o ymuno \u00e2 chynifer o bobl eraill sy'n frwd iawn dros wella gofal menopos yma yng Nghymru. Bu\u2019r digwyddiad yn rhannu'r weledigaeth, y llwyfan ar waith, a'r straeon go iawn sy'n siapio pam mae'r gwaith hwn yn bwysig, ochr yn ochr \u00e2 gwybodaeth gan gleifion, arweinwyr clinigol ac arweinwyr yn y gweithle.
