Bydd Kate Sheridan, ymchwilydd o Brifysgol Caergrawnt, yn ymuno \u00e2 ni ym mis Mawrth i archwilio popeth am dechnoleg iechyd menywod, neu \u2018Femtech\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pendantrwydd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fe wnaeth Laura Teare a Steph Scragg, sy\u2019n ffrindiau i FTWW ac sydd \u00e2 blynyddoedd o arbenigedd proffesiynol ac ymarferol, arwain y cyfranogwyr drwy amrywiaeth o strategaethau ymarferol ar gyfer ymdopi ag apwyntiadau gofal iechyd, rheoli ymatebion emosiynol, a chyfathrebu\u2019n hyderus \u00e2 chlinigwyr, cyflogwyr, a systemau cymorth ehangach.<\/p>\n<p>Bu\u2019r cyfranogwyr yn canmol y sesiwn am ei 'hawgrymiadau ymarferol ar gyfer sefyllfaoedd go iawn' a digwyddiadau sydd 'wir wedi fy helpu i ddelio \u00e2 fy nghyflwr a chael gafael ar ofal iechyd'.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I ddod: Technoleg Iechyd Menywod (Femtech) \u2013 10 Mawrth<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mae mwy a mwy o bobl yn defnyddio technoleg ddigidol - apiau, tracwyr, dyfeisiau gwisgadwy - i'w helpu i wneud synnwyr o'u symptomau neu i olrhain eu llesiant, ac nid yw 'iechyd menywod' yn eithriad.
