Mae\u2019n galw ar Lywodraeth nesaf Cymru i flaenoriaethu iechyd menywod ar draws pob maes polisi, ac mae\u2019n galw ar GIG Cymru i sicrhau bod y Cynllun Iechyd Menywod 10 mlynedd, a gyhoeddwyd yn 2024, yn cael ei roi ar waith.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Cynghrair Iechyd Menywod Cymru, dan gadeiryddiaeth Triniaeth Deg i Fenywod Cymru (FTWW), yn cynrychioli amrywiaeth o sefydliadau ac unigolion sy\u2019n cael eu huno gan ymrwymiad ar y cyd i wella iechyd a llesiant menywod, merched, a phobl a bennwyd yn fenywod adeg eu geni sy\u2019n byw a \/ neu\u2019n cael gofal iechyd yng Nghymru. Gyda chyfraniadau gan 25 o\u2019r sefydliadau hyn a chymeradwyaeth gan 7 o rai eraill, mae\u00a0<strong>Canolbwyntio ar y 51%<\/strong>\u00a0yn cywain cyfoeth o wybodaeth arbenigol a phrofiadau bywyd o Gymru a\u2019r Deyrnas Unedig er mwyn galw am roi terfyn ar wahaniaethau parhaus mewn profiadau a chanlyniadau iechyd menywod o\u2019u cymharu \u00e2 dynion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Canolbwyntio ar y 51%<\/strong>\u00a0yn adeiladu ar y sylfeini a osodwyd gan Gynllun Iechyd Menywod GIG Cymru, sy\u2019n addo sefydlu Canolfannau Iechyd Menywod ym mhob bwrdd iechyd, a buddsoddi mewn ymchwil i iechyd menywod. Rydyn ni\u2019n croesawu\u2019r mentrau hyn, ond i gyd-fynd \u00e2 hwy rhaid cael camau gweithredu pendant, buddsoddiad, ac atebolrwydd tra bo menywod yng Nghymru yn parhau i wynebu oedi annerbyniol cyn cael diagnosis, mynediad anghyfartal at wasanaethau, a rhwystrau systemig sy\u2019n peryglu eu hiechyd a\u2019u llesiant o fewn iechyd a gofal a\u2019r tu hwnt i hynny.<\/p>\n<p>Dywed Jill Rundle, FfCSYM - Cymru:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"Mae rhoi Cynllun Iechyd Menywod Cymru ar waith yn hanfodol.
