Gyda Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod, Mis Rhoi Sylw i Awtimiwn a Mis Rhoi Sylw i Endometriosis i gyd yn digwydd ym mis Mawrth, efallai eich bod wedi dod ar draws staff a gwirfoddolwyr FTWW mewn amrywiaeth eang o ddigwyddiadau'r mis hwn, lle\u2019r ydym wedi bod yn codi ymwybyddiaeth o bopeth sy'n ymwneud ag iechyd menywod...<\/p>\n

Cynhadledd Diwrnod Rhyngwladol Menywod Gogledd Cymru<\/strong>: Ar 4ydd Mawrth, ymunodd staff a gwirfoddolwyr FTWW \u00e2 digwyddiad llawn dop o 400 o fynychwyr ym Mhrifysgol Bangor i siarad am b\u0175er llais y claf, a'r camau nesaf ar gyfer yr Hwb Iechyd Menywod sydd ar fin agor yn Llandudno, gogledd Cymru.<\/p>\n

Digwyddiad Hawliau Dynol a Diwrnod Rhyngwladol Menywod Cyngor Gweithredu Gwirfoddol Cymru (CGGC): <\/strong>Ar 9fed Mawrth, cyflwynodd Isabel o FTWW yn nigwyddiad Hawliau Dynol a Diwrnod Rhyngwladol Menywod CGGC y ffyrdd y gall problemau iechyd menywod weithiau fod yn rhwystrau i ddatblygiad yn y gweithle, a sut y gall cyflogwyr gefnogi eu staff.<\/p>\n

Digwyddiad Ymchwil Iechyd Atgenhedlol Cymru Gyfan:<\/strong> Ar ddydd Gwener 13eg Mawrth, gwelwyd ni yng Ngerddi Sofia yng Nghaerdydd ochr yn ochr \u00e2 100 o weithwyr gofal iechyd atgenhedlol proffesiynol o bob bwrdd iechyd yng Nghymru, lle buom yn siarad am bwysigrwydd cynnwys menywod anabl mewn ymchwil a dylunio gwasanaethau obstetrig a gynaecolegol.<\/p>\n

Y Farchnad yn Y Senedd<\/strong> Roeddem yn falch o ymweld \u00e2 Bae Caerdydd ddydd Mercher 18 Mawrth i gwrdd ag Aelodau'r Senedd, lle trafodwyd ein Maniffesto, 'Ein Hawl Menywod i Iechyd a Llesiant yng Nghymru<\/strong><\/a>, a gynhyrchwyd ar y cyd ag Aelodau FTWW. Mae'r Maniffesto yn nodi'r materion cyfredol sy'n wynebu gofal iechyd menywod yng Nghymru a'n galwadau i Lywodraeth nesaf Cymru ar sut i fynd i'r afael \u00e2 nhw. Ein diolch yn fawr i Sioned Williams AS am noddi'r digwyddiad, ac i Aelodau FTWW a ysgrifennodd at eu ASau yn gofyn iddynt gyfarfod \u00e2 ni!<\/p>\n

Cyfarfod cyntaf y Bwrdd Ymgynghorol Allanol ar gyfer Cynllun Hawliau Pobl Anabl Llywodraeth Cymru:<\/strong> Mynychodd Debbie a'r ymddiriedolwr Willow o FTWW ar 23 Mawrth, a byddant yn parhau i gefnogi gweithredu hawliau ac anghenion croestoriadol pobl anabl, gan gynnwys iechyd a gofal iechyd.<\/p>\n

Newid Systemau!:<\/strong> Ar Fawrth 24ain, daeth staff FTWW, gan weithio gydag Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru, i gyflwyno gweithdai i fyrddau iechyd Betsi Cadwaladr a Chwm Taf Morgannwg ar gydraddoldeb rhywedd wrth gynllunio a darparu gwasanaethau.<\/p>\n

Hefyd ar Fawrth 24ain, ymunodd Debbie ac Isabel o FTWW \u00e2 mwy na 120 o staff Llywodraeth Cymru ac Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Gyfiawnder Cymdeithasol, Jane Hutt MS, i drafod \u2018Mynd i\u2019r Afael ag Anghydraddoldebau yn y Gweithle: Iechyd a Llesiant Menywod\u2019 <\/strong>ar gyfer Mis Ymwybyddiaeth Endometriosis.<\/p>\n

Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod a Mis Hanes Menywod yn Undeb Myfyrwyr Caerdydd<\/strong>: Ymunodd Louise o FTWW \u00e2 sefydliadau, mentrau ac unigolion eraill sy\u2019n gwneud gwaith pwysig o amgylch gweithredu, hawliau a chynhwysiant menywod ar Fawrth 16eg, gan ddarparu gwybodaeth ac adnoddau sy\u2019n gysylltiedig ag iechyd i\u2019r mynychwyr.<\/p>\n

Menywod Cronig<\/strong>: Wedi\u2019i gynnal yn y Senedd ar Fawrth 17eg, mae \u2018Menywod Cronig\u2019 yn anelu at glywed lleisiau menywod yng Nghymru sy\u2019n byw gyda chyflyrau cronig trwy farddoniaeth. Ymunodd Louise o FTWW \u00e2'r gynulleidfa i glywed rhai o brif feirdd Cymru yn darllen eu gwaith o'r detholiad newydd 'Menywod Cronig\u2019.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
