What we do in Wales
Information
We provide information on health-related issues to help people access the right healthcare and challenge unfair treatment. We also collate our members and beneficiaries’ experiences and priorities in reports.
Empowerment
Our growing community of 10,000+ people is inclusive of women, nonbinary, trans, and intersex people. We reduce isolation and provide a safe space for members to share their experiences and their wisdom to help others.
Advocacy
We bring policy makers, service providers and researchers together with patients who are ‘experts by experience’. This ensures female voices are heard and influence positive change in health and public policy, service design and delivery.
Services and training
We deliver talks and presentations on the lived experience of a wide range of physical and mental health conditions to businesses and organisations in Wales
Public involvement and co-production
