We are delighted that FTWW Menopause Champions, Lisa and Lara, will be participating at Policy Insight Wales Menopause in the Workplace Wales Conference on April 24th at the Cardiff Marriott.
They will be discussing topics like the importance of workplace culture, reasonable adjustments, and the need to recognise that menopause can affect employees of all ages, and alongside other health conditions.
